Bourjois Color Bands. Review & Swatches

I have a serious obsession for cream eyeshadows, especially those in a pencil form - which have become more and more popular lately. For this reason it is now very easy to find good affordable ones as well.
A fairly recent launch, the Bourjois ColorBand, are the perfect example. I've discovered them thanks to Lily Pebbles, hashtag massive #fanmoment, so of course I had to go to the store and swatch them in pretty much every single shade.
There are six shades in the collection, and I managed to select only three to try. I'll just spoil that for you, As already suggested by Lily, 05 Mauve Baroque is the real star of the bunch. It is a very pretty purple-ish taupe with silver shimmer. It sounds intense and just for smoky-eye lovers, but it can also be sheered out to leave just the perfect wash of colour, or used as a liner. 02 is a nice shimmery brown and 04 is a gorgeous metallic rose gold. I only swatched 01 black, to test its pigmentation and lasting finish. Test passed, as it didn't come off that easily even with makeup remover.
The formula of these are great, they set really nicely and quickly - which gives you very little time to work with them, but at least you are sure they do not smudge or transfer at all. If you haven't tried them yet, I highly recommend you to grab one (easily done at £5.99 a piece) and let me know which one is your favourite!
